Rainy Johnston (BMedSci, MPharm, FANZCAP Informatics, Grad Cert Data Science) is a pharmacist and founder of the Pharmacist Mums Australia group.
Following her own career transition, Rainy has worked across consulting and digital health industry as a product and project manager, business analyst, and data analyst, building a strong track record in delivering large-scale health IT and data programs. Rainy is passionate about harnessing emerging technology to drive meaningful change and improve patient-centred care and equally passionate about helping other clinicians find their footing in the digital health space.

I know what it feels like to be stuck in a traditional frontline role, wondering how to break into digital health or land a role outside the traditional path. I have navigated all of that uncertainty myself, which is exactly why I am well placed to help you do the same.
For over five years I have been coaching, counselling, and supporting pharmacists and nurses through career change -- helping them build a fulfilling career with clarity, confidence, and purpose, whether that means stepping into a non-traditional role or finding a better fit within clinical world.

My approach is pragmatic and grounded in what actually works. I focus on helping you communicate your transferable skills clearly and effectively, and on solving the specific barriers that are holding you back from making your move.
